Following acquisition of Sellick Consultants in 1991, formerly trading as KS Sellick and Associates, Don was appointed Managing Director for the company. Don facilitated the growth and expansion of Sellick Consultants, which quickly became one of the largest multi-disciplinary engineering firms in the region.
Don retired as Managing Director in 2021, where his broad array of knowledge and skills have enabled him to continue his ventures, directing his focus into the development space. With over 35 years of experience, Don has consulted with key stakeholders and clients on a vast number of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
CLARE GILLIGAN

As a Senior Executive with almost 30 years' of experience in assessing and delivering master planned communities and built-form projects, Clare leads the future redevelopment of the Crace Homestead site.
Clare brings demonstrated expertise as a multi-disciplined Project Director eith a depth of expertise in commercial assessment, delivery methodologies, implementation of best practices initiatives in sustainabilityand social outcomes as well as market assessment and product development.
Clare has developed a particular interest in delivering regenerative development outcomes and Designing for Country approaches to placemaking.
IAN OLIVER

Ian Oliver has an extensive background in accountancy, small business operations and management, and real estate development. Despite starting with limited initial capital, his ability to recognize untapped opportunities enabled him to successfully develop the Capital Holdings Group, acquiring ownership of several commercial real estate properties and retaining significant interests in four local self-storage facilities.
More recently, Ian diversified the Capital Holdings Group by becoming a major shareholder in a leading construction waste recycling facility in Pialligo, ACT.
Ian has a passion for local heritage and served on the Committee of the National Trust ACT for 3 years and is a life memeber. The preservation and ongoing sustainability of the significant National Trust assetson the site are a key focus for Ian
This enthusiasm is also evidenced by his expansive class car collection, featuring some of Australia's most historically significant Holdens and Ford Falcons.
Ian and his wife, Tina, recently opened a museum-like display in Canberra to showcase their impressive collection of over 30 classic motor vehicles. Ollies' Garage also features a dedicated section for the Sir Henry Royce Foundation Australia (SHRF) and serves as Canberra's SHRF Showroom.
